First practice is Tuesday, May 26th and our first meet is an away meet on Tuesday, June 9th. If you are interested in joining our seahorse family please REGISTER.

Swim Team
Southall Swim & Racquet Club is proud to be the home of the Seahorses, a TSA competitive swim team. At Southall, we focus on good sportsmanship, physical fitness, stroke technique and team spirit. There are six regular swim meets each season. Three of these meets are “home” meets and three are “away”. There is one TSA sponsored championship meet each season. In addition to swimming, team members enjoy pep rallies, socials and the year-end Swim Team Banquet. The Seahorse swim team is open to members ages 5-18 and all swimming levels. Swim practice is offered both mornings and evenings to accommodate working parents and year-round students.
All swim team registration is done online. To register, pay, and sign up for volunteer spots, just click Register Now. Pool membership or Southall resident is a requirement.
It’s quick, easy, and payments can be done through Swimtopia's payment portal. If you prefer to pay by check, you still need to register online and choose “Check” as the form of payment. Checks can be brought to the first practice. 1st child: $110, 2nd child: $100, 3rd child+: $90.
Practice
Practice Schedule for the 2026 Season:
First practice will be on 5/26
We will have practice Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 5:45 to 6:45pm
(exceptions: Wednesday, June 4th is Time Trials (extended practice) and Tuesday, June 10th is an away meet)
Beginning on June 15th
Morning:
Monday, Thursday, Friday, 9-10AM (Dropping Tuesday practice due to Swim Meet)
Afternoon:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 5:45 to 6:45pm
