Sign Up Genius for Tuesday's HOME VIRTUAL MEET
Dear all,
Firstly, THANK YOU for everyone coming together last night in spite of thunderstormy day, and showing up for a GREAT time trial experience and Ice Cream Party! Thank you to the Coaches for your diligence and guidance as we worked out some tweaks in preparation for our first swim meet THIS upcoming Tuesday! And thanks to parents/caregivers for supporting the Seahorses and contributing to the ice cream party!
Now, Back to the Future :-) -> Each HOME MEET, we have a concession stand to sell food to our team, visiting team (when we have one to host), and our families. Home meets are one of our BIGGEST REVENUE generators every year, and ALL of the concessions are donated (unlike the snack shack items which are purchased by the pool, then profits go back to the pool).
SO to that end, we will be sending out a Sign Up Genius link before every home meet. Some items (like soda) can be delivered prior to the night of the meet - but otherwise, items can be brought when you bring your swimmer(s) Tuesday. Note: that there is one request for donations for pizza, which is picked up that same night by one of the volunteers.

Also, do not forget to sign up for volunteer jobs on Swimtopia! Though you are only *required* to sign up for two - there are many things that need to be done each swim meet, so consider signing up for more. You can still see your child(ren) swim even when you volunteer, so don't that worry discourage you!
