* Please complete your swimmers attendance is Swimptopia by midnight on Friday, June 17th.  Log-on to https://www.swimtopia.com Then click onto Meets & Events, a drop down menu will pop-up, click on signup calendar.  This page will list all of our meets- the green buttons will say MEET ENTRY and JOB SIGNUP.  You can edit your swimmers attendance, which events they are available for, and leave notes for the coach.  You can complete your athlete's attendance for all of the meets.

Please arrive between 4:45 and 5:00pm on swim meet night; with swim cap and goggles.

Volunteers are:

Clerk of Course (Organizing swimmers behind the starting blocks in the right lanes and heats. Record deviations from the original heat sheet): Isla Hinckley

ScoreKeeper/ Meet Administrator: (Responsible entering meet information into Meet Maestro, or on scoring pages such as Place Judge record, Disqualifications and times if used. Scores can be generated from Meet Maestro, or tabulated on traditional scoring pages.) Martha Shafer

Timers: (Time swimmers in one lane, using automated timing devices.) Ngoc-Tuyet Le, Jesse Pape, Katie Ramsdell

Place Judge:(Watches main event finishes and reports to the recorder the order of finish.) Marcelo Ardon, Robby Blyth, and Neil Young

Recorder (Stands with the Place Judges and records the order of finish as viewed by the Place Judges. Record is then delivered to the Meet Administration table by a runner.): Merranie Zellweger

Stroke & Turn Judge: (Verifies that main event heat athletes are swimming each stroke in accordance with TSA rules.) : Katie Sabino

Runner: (Picks up place judge records and DQ slips from meet officials during the meet and delivers them the Meet Administrator. If timing sheets are used, collects those and delivers to Meet Administrator.) : Ryan Lawrence

Kid Pusher: (Keeps track of younger swimmers and moves them to the Clerk of Course in time for their events.) Odessa Nelson and Liz Sinclair

Floater/Sub: (Substitute for absent volunteers, and temporarily relieve others as necessary.)  Shannon McKinney, Erin White, and Nicolas Winkel

TSA REP: (TSA reps officiate the meet. One TSA Rep from each team will ensure TSA rules and guidelines are followed. Any disputes will be solved by the two TSA Reps on deck.) : Mary Norman
