Good Monday morning,

I cannot believe we are preparing for our last swim meet of the season!  We are finishing the season with an AWAY meet against the Planter's Walk Piranhas.  

Location and Parking Information:
Pool location 901 Lynnwood Rd Knightdale NC 27545

Parking: In the parking lot or along the pool side of Lynnwood Rd

**Visitors are encouraged to bring a folding chair.  PW will provide the chairs they have but large teams often need additional seating.**

Please set up on the Right Side of the pool as you enter. Side with grassy area and Pavilion.  The pool is 6 Lanes and lit for use after dusk.

Concessions: They offer concessions at the snack shack where swimmers and families will be able to purchase dinner and snacks. Cash or card is taken. Additional Info here: https://planterswalkpiranhas.swimtopia.com/snack-shack. There will also be a dessert focused food truck present at this meet.

Below is the list of our volunteers for the meet.  Please read through to see what jobs are filled, by whom, and where there may be an unfilled spot.  If your are able to fill a spot, please sign-up on Swimtopia. To do this- log onto Swimtopia- Click on the drop down- Meets&Events and go to the meet on 7/19 and go to Job SignUp.

Volunteers are:

Clerk of Course (Organizing swimmers behind the starting blocks in the right lanes and heats. Record deviations from the original heat sheet): Scott Mozingo

Visitor's Clerk of Course will be on the far right corner of the pool as you enter.

Assistant Clerk of Course: UNFILLED

ScoreKeeper/ Meet Administrator: (Responsible entering meet information into Meet Maestro, or on scoring pages such as Place Judge record, Disqualifications and times if used. Scores can be generated from Meet Maestro, or tabulated on traditional scoring pages) : Adam Scott

Timers: #1- Anthony Firth, #2- Caroline Simpson, #3- UNFILLED

Place Judge:(Watches main event finishes and reports to the recorder the order of finish.) Robby Blyth, Andrew Cobin, and Ngoc-Tuyet Le

Stroke & Turn Judge: (Verifies that main event heat athletes are swimming each stroke in accordance with TSA rules.) : UNFILLED

Runner: (Picks up place judge records and DQ slips from meet officials during the meet and delivers them the Meet Administrator. If timing sheets are used, collects those and delivers to Meet Administrator.) : Isla Hinckley

Kid Pusher: (Keeps track of younger swimmers and moves them to the Clerk of Course in time for their events.) : Autumn Gibson and Odessa Nelson

Floater/Sub:(Substitute for absent volunteers, and temporarily relieve others as necessary.) Julie Montaigne, Tracie Rodriguez, and Erin White
