Free Breastroke Clinic Monday, July 10, 2023 at 5:30pm 

Marlins of Raleigh (MOR)’s coach Jonathan Watson will be hosting a breastroke clinic for the minnows, tetras and dolphins. This is an incredible opportunity to have instruction from the Marlins of Raleigh swim program which is a year-around swim team in the Raleigh area.

Guppies will practice with Coach Lewis on Monday 5:30-6:30pm. 

Barracudas and Sharks will practice with all other coaches on Monday 5:30-6:30pm. 

If you swimmer is unsure of their swimming group, please arrive early on Monday and ask Coach Tiffany. 

Team Pictures Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at 5:15pm 

Since we have the amazing opportunity to host a swim clinic on Monday, July 10, we will utilize the rain date of Wednesday, July 12 for team pictures. Plan to arrive at 5:15pm. 

Swimmers are asked to wear their team suit, white shirt and shoes. 

What qualifies as a white shirt: 

- Southall Swim White Teeshirt (preferred) 

- White teeshirt with no writing on the front 

- White teeshirt with writing turned inside out to display a plain front 

Swimmers will take sibling photos, individual photos, and a team photo. Swimmers must be on the pool deck at 5:30pm in order to be in the team photo. The photo will be snapped at 5:35pm.

TSA Championship Meet
