We have received updated info from TSA for tomorrow’s meet. Please read the following carefully as the times and instructions listed here are different than the information sent out yesterday.

Important!

• SEND SWIMMERS IN SWIMSUITS!
• Swimmers are encouraged to bring a water bottle and a camping chair.
• TSA allows coaches and swimmers ONLY on the pool deck. Parents must remain in the spectators area.
• Only swimmers for the current session will be allowed on the pool deck during that session. Swimmers for earlier or later sessions must remain in the spectators area with parents.

Session schedule and building entry:

Session 1 - age 3-8
Arrival time: 6:45am*
Doors open: 7:00am
Warm-up: 7:15am
Start time: 8:00am

Session 2 - age 9-10
Arrival time:10:35am**
Doors open:10:45am
Warm-up: 11:00am
Start time: 11:45am

Session 3 - age 11-12
Arrival time: 1:50pm***
Doors open: 2:00pm
Warm-up: 2:15pm
Start time: 3:00pm

Session 4 - age 13-18
Arrival time: 5:05pm***
Doors open: 5:15pm
Warm-up: 5:30pm
Start time: 6:15pm

*Session 1 will meet in the parking lot as indicated in yesterday’s email (see "TSA Meet 2024" pdf). At 6:55am, coaches and swimmers will move to the doors and enter the building together. Swimmers arriving late will be expected to walk independently to our Southall team area on the pool deck.

**Session 2 swimmers will meet by the side door and walk in together with a coach when doors open for their session. Swimmers arriving late will be expected to walk independently to our Southall team area on the pool deck.

***Session 3 and 4 swimmers will walk in the main door unaccompanied, go down steps, walk onto the pool deck and find the Southall team area.
