Swim Team Families,
Morning practices start and home meet this Tuesday! Read on for highlights and action items for this week AND next week.
As a reminder, please use [email protected] for ALL swim team communications (do not use Coach Tiffany’s personal email).
RSVPs are required for meets, even if your child is not participating. Please declare your swimmer’s participation for meets no later than the Friday evening before the Tuesday meet.
Action required, week of 6/16:
- *Morning practices start!* Practice on Monday, Thursday, Friday mornings from 9-10am and Monday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings from 5.45-6.45pm
- Home meet on Tuesday 6/17 with Meredith Townes, arrival time 4.45pm, meet info below.

- RSVP required for 6/24 meet! Declare your swimmer’s participation by Friday 6/20 at 8pm. *Swimmers not declared by deadline will not be able to participate in the meet!*

Parking is tight and it is important to accommodate our guests. Southall families should carpool if possible and begin parking at the back of the lot closest to the tennis courts.
Volunteers sign ups are as follows* (you can check your shifts here). There will be a volunteer meeting at 5.45pm to explain all jobs.

Concessions are available at all meets (home and away), and you can bring your own snacks/water as well. Be sure to bring camping chairs as seating options at the pools fill up quickly.
Donate concessions for all home swim meets
Selling concessions at our home meets is one of the primary ways we raise money to support the swim team. Our concessions committee has made it easy to donate items for ALL the home meets (6/11, 7/9, 7/16), please sign up here. Items must be dropped off at the pool no later than 4.45pm on the meet day.
