Check-in procedures and TSA rules:
- All parent volunteers (see below) should check in with Mary Elizabeth and receive a name tag upon arrival.
- Swimmers should check in with their coaches as soon as they arrive. Please ensure that they are available for kid pushers to find easily throughout the meet.
- No parents should be behind the swim blocks during a meet other than the volunteers doing Clerk of Course, Timing, or Kid Pushing. This is a TSA safety rule.
- No alcoholic beverages of any kind, smoking, vaping, etc. are allowed during a TSA meet.
- Any and all concerns or issues between teams should be addressed between TSA Reps.
Volunteers sign ups are below, go to Swimtopia to check your specific job AND shift. There will be a volunteer meeting at 5.45pm to explain all jobs. Meets are run solely by volunteers. If you are unable to fulfill the role you signed up for please let organizers know by emailing [email protected].

TSA Championship Meet on 7/20
RSVP here (yes or no) by 7/8 at 9pm. Note: RSVP is by google form, not by Swimtopia where you declare participation for other meets. The google form will also ask you to select which events your swimmer would like to compete in, or you have the option to have the coaches choose for you.
Additional meet day details attached, please note separate times for age groups.
Complete waiver here no later than 7/16. TSA will not allow athletes without a completed waiver to compete.
Donations and volunteers needed for TSA Championship meet: please sign up here!
The Championship meet is open to any swimmer who participated in at least one meet this season. Coach Tiffany will put relays together if 4 people of an age group are present, we won’t know this until everyone has RSVP’d (similar to a regular meet). Please email [email protected] with any questions.
Message from Coach Tiffany: Please consider allowing your swimmer to compete in this meet on 7/20. This is unlike a typical Championship meet where swimmers must meet time standards and meet qualifications to compete. TSA provides this opportunity for swimmers to experience a big meet setting without having to meet qualification standards. Please encourage your swimmer to be excited about this opportunity. Relays are only possible if 4 swimmers in an age group attend.
As a young Southall swimmer myself, I attended the TSA Championship meet and it sparked a deeper interest in swimming. I enjoyed the opportunity to compete with fellow Southall teammates in a Championship Meet setting and attended TSA Championships until I graduated from Southall. I now enjoy this opportunity for my swimmers in a coaching position.
