Swim team families,

The coaches are very excited for the annual lock-in party. Last year, more than 100 swimmers attended and we expect even more this year! There is no practice on Wednesday 6/24, just the lock-in party.

Schedule:
The lock-in is a drop off event. Athletes age 9 and under should be picked up promptly at 7.00pm.

5.30-7.00pm: ALL Athletes
7.00-9:00pm: Athletes age* 10-18
*Based on age on June 1, 2025, following TSA rules

What to bring:
Towel, water bottle, swimsuit, goggles. No meal provided, please eat before attending.

Activities:
The coaches have planned organized games, team bonding and water events. The games are designed to be age appropriate and with the goal to strengthen friendships amongst age groups on the team. Our priority is to facilitate a fun, safeand team bonding community event for the team.

Athlete expectations:
The coaches want the athletes to have an enjoyable time and create a core memory for the season. Athletes are still expected to behave in a safe manner and follow coaches expectations. Parents will be notified by phone during the event if athletes are unable to follow these expectations in a safe manner.

Donations for Lock-in:
Please sigh up for and drop off lock-in donations at the guard shack. Please write a note on the item for "Coach Tiffany/Lock In".
