Parents of TSA Championship Meet swimmers,

Attached is a pdf outlining all the information we have for Sunday’s meet. Please read the entire document thoroughly. Following are critical action items and information I want to highlight but do not include everything!

• All swimmers must complete the TSA waiver prior to the meet or they will not be able to swim.
• All day of communication for the TSA Championship Meet will be handled via GroupMe, not by email. Please join the Southall Swim Team GroupMe here
• All times on the schedule are ESTIMATES based on prior years. Please ensure your swimmer(s) arrive on time but understand that warm-ups and races may happen later than estimated. (That said, these meets run very smoothly and efficiently.)
• The meet is broken into four sessions by age group (youngest to oldest). Swimmers can only be on the pool deck during their age group session and must be with their parents at all other times (coaches and volunteers are not available or responsible for children outside the current session).
• Only meet participants, volunteers, and officials may be on the pool deck. NO PARENTS allowed on deck unless they are verified volunteers.
